Vnom offers free shipping through DHL and UPS directly from our lab in Sweden. All orders include taxes, customs and duty fees. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays). Please note that we’re unable to cancel an order once it has left our lab. We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order. You must return the item in unused condition with labels and original packaging. We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it. If you want to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order. We don’t accept returns or claims of Vnom items bought from other retailers or resellers. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
To initiate a return, please email us at lab@vnom.world and we’ll assist you with the return process. Vnom adheres to a strict no-paper policy, and do not include return slips inside the box. Once the returned item has been quality checked and approved, Vnom will issue a refund to the original method of payment and send you a confirmation email.
